Nick was fantastic. Not only was he able to do the diagnostics and repair on my air conditioner. He was incredibly patient and kind with my four-year-old. If you have kids, especially four-year-olds you know that they have 1,000,001 questions. And my son is no different. My son was out there asking him what different parts were and what he was doing, and looking at things and invading Nick’s personal space even though I was trying to get him out of Nick’s space. He even found some bits and bobs in the gutter that had fallen out of Nick‘s truck so he picked them up and put them back in Nick’s truck in the appropriate places to make sure that Nick had everything that he needed. I had repair the A/C for both my Subaru Crosstrek and Ford Fusion. The first tech did their best to repair both in one visit, but found that I needed an entire compressor kit replaced and had to order the parts. Amazing service and response times! Convenient and painless through the entire process from quote to repair. Submitted an online inquiry and had a technician scheduled within 20 minutes. They saved the day after another service cancelled on me 3 minutes before the appointment. Glad it worked out this way because I wouldn’t have found them otherwise.
Aaron was tremendously helpful with pricing and scheduling. He called within minutes of my submission and took no time at all to provide a fair quote for parts and labor. They also allow you to provide your own parts if that’s something you prefer, but they only use new parts and provide warranties if you go through them. Isaiah came exactly at the scheduled time and was very professional and courteous. He worked quickly, left everything clean and tidy and worked quietly as well. Great Service and had the job done within an hour and a half. I hit a deer earlier in the summer and had to replace the condenser among other parts. I had to replace the passenger driving light, bumper, grill. I wanted to make sure the condenser I had replaced was ok before I added the remainder of the front parts in case I needed to replace or tighten any leaking fittings. The gentlemen showed up to my residence as we had agreed and started working. They vacuumed the system, added oil, freon, dye and replaced the Schrader valve. The AC is running and now I can finish the rest of the car. Great work, and all without leaving the house. So happy that I found Aaron online. I called first and spoke to his wife who was very helpful and gave me idea of to expect from one of their guys. Shortly after we spoke she called back and said that she had a couple of more questions regarding the issue with my 2013 Ford F-250 Power Stroke. During the call I Aaron got in on the conversation and said that he felt more comfortable if he came himself to diagnose my crank no start issue. Both him and his wife came to my house and started doing the diag. Aaron was very knowledgeable of the different components and what did what as far what model or relay could be the issue. I called this company because I recently needed Freon which I had used another guy but didn’t fix it, called around and got ridiculous pricing! Somehow I was able to get these wonderful people because the owners themselves came to my rescue even after hours because I was so desperate in the hot San Antonio weather ! Well as fate would have it I lost my drive belts in my supercharged Mustang. Barely made it home, started to look for a mobile mechanic and came across Kool2U. Talked to Aaron and explained what had happened, he actually was very knowledgeable about Rousch engine s. He would come by the next day and take a look. One of the bearings on one of the three idlers took a dirt nap and caused the main issue. So once we had a plan of attack, I ordered the specialty parts, and he got the rest. Four and half hours later, we were able to get it fired up, and to both of our relief no major engine damage. He did what would have been an eight hour job, to pull everything apart to get to the pulleys that powered basic car functions as well as the supercharger. Very impressive on his speed and efficiency of him and his wife working so well together. You pay for quality, or take a chance on what you get to save a few dollars, not realizing it will cost you more on the labor side because of the hourly rate. Omg so professional and so freaking nice! He was able to diagnose what was wrong with my air conditioner and tweaked it and fixed it within 15 minutes He said it didn’t take him anything to fix it and showed my husband what was wrong! If you ever ever need anyone to fix your AC my neighbors down the street used him and I just used him and he’s just professional as can be and honest as could be! His costs are half any dealership! Kool2U was amazing!!! My AC started blowing hot air while I was driving to a party so I ended up looking a hot and sweaty mess! Aaron was able to come out and fix my AC! I called about my 2015 Chevy Silverado z71 and they came out tested my ac system I already knew the ac compressor was leaking but they let me know how much it would be they do know there stuff it’s a family owned business and being a new way to fix ac systems when they come to you now that’s smart they are not over priced they are really good I do recommend them I will used them in the future for other projects that I have in mind that will need the ac system done. Hey folks! Just wanted to pass this along to you. I’ve had A/C issues recently with my truck and finally got around to getting it checked out since it started to fluctuate on temperature. I gave them a call and they were able to come out same day and service it while I was at work. Aaron, the owner, explained the possible causes. My cooling fan seemed to constantly be running and he explained the causes of it too and would check it out. Within an hour had my truck cooling at factory specs and resolved the fan issue. I went to a mechanic shop that told me that my air conditioner had a problem with the fan and motor and it would be over $800 and a few days to fix. Kool2u came to my home and were very nice. They were honest and caring and let me know that there was nothing wrong with the air conditioner! They fixed an issue with the coolant and added more and it works now! It took a couple hours and saved me like $700. It is great to see honest people out there that just want to help. Anyone that has an issue with their A/C should definintly go to them. It was affordable and convenient and they are doing an amazing job.

2012 Toyota Corolla. Quit cooling in 104 degree weather. Minutes after sending an online request I was called by Diane. She was quick and clear. The fact that they come to you is awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable about AC in cars. we have a 1998 Volvo which don’t have certain components as do other vehicles. He explained how the AC was supposed to work in a way even I understood. Amazing. We found out that we didn’t have to get a new Ac for the Volvo like the dealership told us. I called and reached Aaron through Kool2U number and explained my situation of having one attempt failed to repair my AC from a shop and he explained they travel to my home and can diagnose and repair what the problem could be.
